Returning Players:  Before registration day, you will get a message in Team Snap with your Hockey Canada ID number, you will need your number to register.  Please do not create another account with Hockey Canada.

New Players: For information go to New Player Registration TAB

Players Transferring to WMHA: For information go to Player Transfer TAB and please complete the forms under New Players Transferring from another MHA and email them to registrar@whistlerminorhockey.com.

Payment:  Payments via credit card ONLY. Cheques or e-transfers will NOT be accepted. You will be charge $100 non-refundable  fee at check out. Your first payment, will be automatically processed to your credit card on file Monday September 30th,  2024 for 50% of the balance of total fee. The remaining 50% balance will be charged Wednesday January 15th,  2025.

Refunds: The refund deadline is Sep 15th, 2024. There is $100 Admin Non-Refundable fee. Please direct all refund requests to administrator@whistlerminorhockey.com. Later dates will be prorated based on the ice/coaching time used. Refunds will be credited back on the CC on file.

Registration Late Fees: Any registrations made after June 1st, 2024 will have a late fee applied of $100.00. Late fees do not apply to new members and Sea to Sky Bears releases.

Goalies Registration: Goalies fees from U11 to U18 are $215 for the season.

Rep Fees:  If your child makes the Rep Team there will be an additional fee per player of aprox $800. The fee will cover the cost of a paid coach and extra ice usage. Rep Fees 1st payment will be due November 30th, 2024 and 2nd payment will be due March 30th, 2025.  

NOTE: A player is not considered registered until payment is received. There will be no players permitted on the ice if payments are due.  There will be NO exceptions.

Sea to Sky Bears - Players in the Sea to Sky Bears evaluation process DO NOT need to register for WMHA until the evaluation process is complete. WMHA will hold their spot in either the U15 or U18 division until that time. Once teams have been selected, you will pay your fees directly to the Sea to Sky Bears.  For more information, please contact seatoskybears@gmail.com
