New Player Registration with Canadian Birth Certificate

REGISTRATION FOR NEW PLAYERS OPENS MAY 15th, 2024.
Forms can be filled electronically. If you choose to fill them by hand, please scan them. PCAHA do not accept photos.
New Players Born in Canada
- Email all required forms and supporting documentation to registrar@whistlerminorhockey.com.
- Registration form - PCAHA Registration Form 141
- Copy of player’s Canadian Birth Certificate
- Once you send the documents per email you will receive an email with your Hockey Canada Number and the link to register.
NOTE: There will be no players permitted on the ice until the initial fee is paid. There will be NO exceptions.
